Self-hosted site disappears from site list after being disconnected from WordPress.com

Expected behavior

• Site is deleted

Actual behavior

• Site remains in the list – (?) assuming it was previously added a self-hosted site

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Login with a wp.com account
• Add a self-hosted site
• Install Jetpack on the site and connect it to the current wp.com account
• Open Site Settings and disconnect the site from the wp.com account

Tested on [device], iOS [version], Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS [version]
