Deleting the only available site on iPad leaves stale View

While reviewing this PR, I found another issue, that display a stale view that should not be there anymore.

1. Prepare a WP.com account that only has one blog.
2. Set the iPad at landscape mode.
3. Open Jetpack/WordPress app on the iPad.
4. Sign in using the WP.com account prepared in step 1
5. Delete the one and only site in the account: My Sites -> Menu -> Delete Site, and delete the site.
   6.The app now displays a "No Sites" view with an "Add New Site" button. However, the view for deleting a site is still presented.
