Crash on Login: fatal error in `PlanService` when updating plan for non-existing site

After following these steps, I encountered a crash during the login, specifically in this screen:

Steps:

1. Launch the app.
2. Enable Network Link Conditioner with the profile "Edge."
3. Switch to a different website, then log out.
4. Try to log in again.
5. In the web view, this crash will happen WordPress/PlanService.swift:237: Fatal error: Tried to update a plan for a non-existing site
