Dynamic area with custom website broken

Issue

I used the new dynamic property to put a website from a variable inside an area, but this seems to be broken:

(My area is called 'website')

And here is what I get when trying to open this website:

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter the starter-kit office
2. Open the console
3. Take the stairs to go to the conference map
4. You will get the first error
5. Approach the white PC screen and press SPACE to open the website (configured via a variable that you can edit because you have the editor tag)
6. You will get the second error
