Pydanticforms basic: Add translations

Add translations and translatability. This has 2 parts

- General translations: Make all supporting texts translatable. Consider using next-intl since we are using it in other projects
- Implement the endpoints that can be called by the labelProvider for translations of form labels. Endpoints are called with the formkey, this is mostly a backend task probasbly. TODO: Create/link backend ticket
