Transition to goodtables-py v1.0 API #3
Description
It doesn't look like upgrading goodtables-web is a priority, so if we want to use goodtables-py's new API going forward we will have to upgrade to the new API version here.
No migration guide yet, but it'll be here when it exists: https://github.com/frictionlessdata/goodtables-py#v10
