Description
Docker Compose fails when running it

• Tested on macOS Big Sur - version 11.6

Why

Solving this issue aims to simplify two things:

• Onboarding new contributors by providing an easy plug&play setup
• Deploying services and their updates on the servers

Currently running docker-compose up will not work

Expected behavior

After cloning the repo from main branch and running docker-compose up should set-up the project locally and all services should be ready to listen

How to reproduce the user scenario

• Scenario 1

  • Clone the project from main branch
  • cd into the repo
  • Run docker-compose up

  • Clone the project from main branch
  • cd into the repo
  • Run docker-compose -f docker-compose-linux.yml up

Hi, I reproduced this Docker Compose issue on my Linux setup and noticed the frontend container fails due to a Node version mismatch.
I’ve identified a fix — can I open a PR for it?

Hey @alexanmtz 👋, I've fixed the docker-compose issue.
I updated the image name from node:8 to node:18-alpine and added a build step before migration to generate the missing /dist/migrate.js.
After running:
cp .env.example .env && docker compose up --build
all services (DB, backend, frontend) start successfully,
Tested locally works fine now ✅
