[QA] Token Bridge Manual route is missing from route selection during token transfer

Describe the current behavior in detail

Environment:

• OS: macOS Tahoe 26.4.1
• Wallets: Petra
• Browser: Google Chrome Version 147.0.7727.102 (Official Build) (x86_64)
• https://github.com/wormhole-foundation/wormhole-connect/releases/tag/development%406.0.0-beta.1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the From section, select Aptos as the network and APT as the token.
2. Enter a valid amount to bridge.
3. In the To section, select a valid destination network and the corresponding token.
4. Scroll down to the route selection section to view the available bridging routes.

Expected Results: The Manual route should successfully generate and be available for selection when bridging the APT token from the Aptos network.

Actual Results: The Manual route does not generate or appear in the list of available routes.
