i want to know how can i transfer tokens from source chain (Solana) to destination Chain (Aptos).
by connecting the wallet to solana (phantom) using x chain accounts. the new derived wallet address creates on aptos .
The cctp transfer of USDC is working but i want to transfer tokens to the derived wallet.
how can i transfer these tokens.
