Describe the bug
Consecration ticks are not capable of full resisting in the sim.
To Reproduce
Set spell hit to a low value and check Results > Log for Consecration to see no missing/fully resist Consecration ticks..
Expected behavior
Consecration ticks should follow normal spell hit resist rules (17% chance to resist against bosses). These tick resists do not appear as resists in the combat log or floating combat text, you can only see them on Warcraft Logs in the Event section by noting missing Consecration ticks. It should be noted that these resists will not proc Eye of Magtheridon.
