Meta Query with multiple conditions

Is it possible to add a meta query with multiple conditions?

I only want the posts where:
meta_key_1 OR meta_key_2 NOT_EQUAL_TO null
AND
meta_key_3 is greater then X

Did some find a solution? I also came across this.
