Expose WP Rocket MCP server in Tools and make setup instructions easy to find

The WP Rocket MCP server is being released. Users need to discover it quickly and access setup documentation without friction.

Update the Tools section so the MCP server is clearly highlighted and its instructions are immediately accessible.

We need to

• Add a new badge to Tools tab to highlight that it has something new available.
• Update the tools description to explicitly mention the MCP server.
• Add MCP Server element to the first position in the Tools list so it is the most visible item.
• Add a button or action that opens the MCP documentation on the beacon.

Acceptance criteria

• Tools has a visible badge indicating new availability.
• MCP appears first in the Tools list.
• The surrounding description makes it clear that WP Rocket now provides an MCP server.
• Users can open beacon setup instructions directly from the Tools > MCP Server > action button.

  (Note that I removed the capital letters to make it consistent with the other descriptions, e.g., Database)
