Remove plugin territory resources from theme

Remove all plugin territory resources from theme. The plugin territory resources from Odin will be now separated to a plugin called Odin Toolkit: https://github.com/wpbrasil/odin-toolkit/

So, in Odin 3.0.0 we'll have a clean base theme with all features that matters to theme development.
