On Mac - Dock Window Mode always goes to primary monitor with no ability to select another one

Problem:

• On Mac - Dock Window Mode always goes to primary monitor with no ability to select another one

Proposed Solution:

• Would like the dock to go to the monitor it is currently on when window mode is changed from windowed to docked. This allows use of multiple monitors without needing an UI for selecting which monitor and seems reasonable.
