Extracting progress bar wrong on Linux

With the 2027 Alpha 5 installer, on Linux (Ubuntu 24.04), the initial progress bar while unpacking maven shows full way too early, and continues to unpack for a while after the progress bar is full. I don't recall this happening on Windows.

Bug is observed on windows 11 with latest installer from artifacts

That's interesting. I didn't see it on Windows, and it shouldn't occur on Windows either.

Windows doesn't actually implement the progress bar fully correctly anyway. All items in the archive are given length of 1. So unless we have more then 2 billion items, it should be fine.

I observed the bug on windows 11 and fedora 44. They were different ui bugs though, so the windows issue many not be related to this.
