Installer should better explain what it's going to install/list installed apps

When I ran the installer, I was not expecting it to install 8 different apps on my system, and it never told me what they were called or what they do. There should be a page that lists them.

We should move that up. It doesn't really make sense for it to be that far down.

I also really wish it was in the GUI. The rest of the GUI is intuitive enough that you wouldn't expect to need to read through a guide to understand it, and googling "download wpilib", the second result goes straight to github releases and skips the whole guide.
