Implement ability to modify Nginx docker container configuration

@mikeschinkel I am thinking this will require us to store the configuration files on the host machine and then share them with docker container. This will allow the custom configuration to survive container updates as well as be shared among all users of the project/box.

@clubdeuce Longer term I'd really like to use an approach that does not require containers to expose their dirty laundry unless absolutely essential.

Short-term, your are probably 100% right.
