Description
We have a WPP server with about 150 active WhatsApp sessions.
Every now and then, we get users who call us and tell us that the session appears active, the message shows OK as sent, but in reality WhatsApp hasn't received the message and obviously hasn't sent it.
From a certain point on, NO MESSAGES are sent.
The only solution, once you notice this situation (because you notice that the messages aren't being sent), is to deactivate the session by calling the "/close-session" and "/clear-session-data" API commands on the server, then regenerating the QR code and reconnecting WhatsApp.
We can't find a way to resolve or notify the user of this "misalignment"!
Any ideas or suggestions?
