feat: error handling

we should handle error whenever we fail to generate the shortened url
some cases that we might want to handle:

• failed to update shortened url into customised one
• failed to store the url into the kv for whatever reason
• etc

those are all that i could think of at the moment, feel free to suggest any cases that we should also handle
