Sort video archive by date + add portland 2023

Can we easily sort this by date? Maybe just say here are the folders to look at, iterate over them with a function and sort by date?
Or simlink them or something? The way it is now hurts my brain.

Or, wilcard, just sort talks by year instead of by conf?
