Default project is a must (errors are thrown when not present)

The default project is created for convenience, and I am allowed to delete it - In my setup, I have created my own project and deleted default.

However, we count on the default project to be always present and fail to load the UI if not there.

We also systematically open that project, instead of the project I am actually working with.
