UI Issue: Old Policy Details Shown After Applying New Version to API #3999

Description

In WSO2 API Manager 4.1.0, there's a UI-related bug in the Publisher Portal when applying a new version of a custom gateway policy to an API. Although the updated policy version is selected and deployed correctly at runtime, the UI continues to display metadata (e.g., attributes and descriptions) from the previous version, which can lead to confusion during configuration.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a mediation policy (version 1.0).
  2. Create a new version of the same policy (e.g., version 2.0).
  3. In the Publisher Portal, edit an API and navigate to the policy application section.
  4. Select version 2.0 of the policy and apply it to the flow.
  5. Observe that:
5.a The policy card in the dropzone still displays the metadata from version 1.0 (e.g., tooltip and popup information).
5.b The description in the popup also remains from the previous version.
