Issue in the groups claim in backend JWT

Description

In the backend JWT generated using an opaque access token, the groups claim only contains the value field of one group where the user is assigned to and the roles claim is missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable backend JWT generation and Add https://\<hostname>:\<port>/scim2/Me as the userinfo enpoint in IS as KM configuration.
2. Invoke a API resource.
