HashiCorp Vault AppRole authentication fails when Vault namespace is configured

Description

When using HashiCorp Vault AppRole authentication with a non-root Vault namespace configured in secret-conf.properties, the AppRole login always targets the root namespace instead of the configured namespace. This causes Vault to return HTTP 400 "invalid role or secret ID" at server startup, preventing the server from retrieving secrets from Vault
