Policy Logging Approach

Hi, what is our approach to logging within policies?

I propose that the policy engine should pass a shared logger to each policy during initialization. This allows every policy to log through a common mechanism, ensuring consistent formatting and centralized control over log levels.

With this model, we can easily manage the overall logging behavior of all policies from a single place.

One question to consider:
Do we need to support configuring log levels per policy?
For example, should a user be able to enable debug logs only for their custom policy while keeping others at a lower verbosity level?
