Description

The Enable security for all and Mark all for delete buttons on the Publisher Resources page do not work as expected. A parsing error appears at the top of the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an API.
2. Navigate to the Resources page under API Configurations.
3. Click the "Enable Security for All" button.
4. Click "Save."
