[Project Design Diagrams] Enable collapsible nodes (detailed services) to reduce diagram clutter

Description:
As seen in the below diagram, services with a large number of resources can clutter the detailed services (level 2) diagram.

As a solution to this, it has been suggested to enable collapsible nodes. Here, the idea is that we initially render only the resources with interactions, and if the user wants to see all resource they can expand the node.
