[Data Mapper] Gracefully handle the process of deleting local variables

Description:
Currently, even a local variable has been deleted, it's references are not cleaned and hence the code is having diagnostics. We should improve this case by clearing all the references too. Hence it will alter the user's code, it should first ask for users consent to delete the local variables and it's references.
