A problem occurred when executing one of the sample programs (sending-a-message-to-the-server)..problem statement below:

configurable string HealthcareBackend = "http://localhost:9090/healthcare";

Steps to Reproduce

went to configuration, and was typing in the substitutions as instructed in the tutorial
