Ballerina Diagram Overview is not working in Update 11

Description

Hi devs,
I updated Ballerina Swan Lake to Update 11 and now the Diagram overview in VS Code is not working:

I also tried in Windows and I got the same result.

Steps to Reproduce

1. update/install Ballerina Swan Lake update 11.
2. Create a new Ballerina project (bal new Test).
3. Open the folder in VS Code.
4. Go to the Show Diagram view.

Environment Details (with versions)

I tried the following OS:

• MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 and VSCode 1.97.2 (Universal)
• Windows 11 and VSCode 1.97.2 (user setup)
