Extension versions 5.x.x are having issues with recent Ballerina versions

Description

I tried to debug my ballerina program written in Ballerina 2201.10.3 with vscode and it fails when I use the vscode version 5.0.0 or above.

When I downgrade to vscode extension to 4.7.9, it works.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade (or have auto upgrade on) the Ballerina vscode extension
2. Try to debug a Ballerina program which is using 2201.10.3 or below
