Unable to change Ballerina version picked up by Extension

Description

When I hit the run button, the following happens:

zsh:1: no such file or directory: /Library/Ballerina/distributions/ballerina-2201.3.0/bin/bal

 *  The terminal process "/bin/zsh '-l', '-c', '/Library/Ballerina/distributions/ballerina-2201.3.0/bin/bal run'" failed to launch (exit code: 127)

Actually I deleted this distribution manually from the filesystem hoping it will pick up the latest but no luck. But in my terminal if I run bal run it just works.
