TOTP Configurations doc screenshots not updated to new user-portal

**Description:**

- In the **Configuring the user profile** section of the [Configuring TOTP](https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/next/learn/configuring-totp/) doc, the screenshots shown are of the old end-user dashboard.

- It is not possible to configure TOTP via the user-portal as mentioned in the doc.
