IWA NTLM Doc is missing.

Description:
As discussed with @pulasthi there should be two authenticators WRT IWA NTLM as UI Authenticator and the normal authenticator. We have the doc for the UI authenticator [1] but the other one is missing. We tried to find the old doc for the same but couldn't find that either.

This confusion can be sorted by replacing the content in [1] with the content in [2]. IMO after the replacement , [2] can be removed from the documents.
