Incorrect HTTP Endpoint parameter in Externalized Configuration doc

Description

The HTTP Endpoint parameter should be uri-template instead of URI under Dynamically Injected Parameters in https://mi.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/develop/externalized-configuration/. This has been fixed in the master branch via #1813 in master and needs to be backported to the relevant versions.

Analysis:

The externalized configuration documentation (develop/externalized-configuration.md) that contains the HTTP Endpoint parameter table was likely introduced in version 4.4.0. Earlier versions (4.3.0, 4.2.0) use the simpler parameter injection approach documented in develop/injecting-parameters.md, which doesn't include the specific endpoint parameters table that needed fixing.

The main branch already has the correct fix (via PR #1813), so only version 4.4.0 required the backport.
