Description attribute is not documented in mediators #1858

Current Limitation
The attribute description is common to all the mediators and it exists for readability purposes only and it does not provide any additional functionality to the mediators.
But there is confusion this might create for an end user, because this is not documented. Since this is a common attribute to all the mediators, adding this to all the mediator syntax would complicate the readability. We need to create a common space for common attributes of the mediators.
