[Accelerator-4] - Need to pass OBAPIRequestContext to extract the supported endpoint versions from the swagger #849
Description
In CDS scenarios, we have to verify the x-v request header is similar to the supported endpoint version in the swagger. In order to extract the supported versions, it need to pass OBAPIRequestContext with the model ValidateConsentAccessRequestBody.
