Problem Description
Currently, userId is treated as a first-class attribute in the profile model. However, during identity attribute synchronization from the Identity Server, the userId is also included as part of the synced identity attributes.
This results in the same identifier being present in two places within the profile, leading to duplication and ambiguity around the authoritative source of userId.
