Address improvements to runtime and artifacts view

• Add support to provide a name for Runtime - MI
• When listing the artifacts, user needs to be able to view the runtimes where each artifact is present.
• Remove listeners for MI
• Fix listing irrelevant local entries
• Fix registry resources listing
• Add support to view value of local entry
• Address support for parameters, related sequences in inbound endpoints
• Add support to provide a name for Runtime - BI

• Fix old artifacts from offline runtimes being listed

• List datasources

• List connectors

• List templates

• Remove transports from proxy services

• For proxy services, list the attached endpoints

• For each endpoint add the address info

• For inbound endpoints add,
