`Add New` button under Resources in Validate mediator is not working

Description

In the validate mediator, there is a section called Resources. In the form that appears to add a resources, there is a Add New button for the field Location Key and it is not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. add a validate mediator
2. add a parameter under Resources section
3. click Add New button for the field Location Key
