Remove the `Tabs` component.

Describe the issue:

There is a a Tabs component that wraps the MuiTabs with a Box and has a divider at the bottom.
This is not necessary since we can directly consume the Tab component from the oxygen-ui.

How to reproduce:

• Check the import Tabs from "@oxygen-ui/react/Tabs" component.

Expected behavior:

We need to deprecate this and remove in a upcoming major release.
