Latency in SMS provider create/update temporarily triggers empty input validation messages #23272

Description

The issue was observed only in the SMS providers listed below.

  • Twilio
  • Vonage

When creating/updating the SMS provider of type settings in the notification channels, a delay caused the input fields to temporarily show empty validation messages before they were properly populated.

Please note that this was reproduced with throttled network in order to clearly visualize the error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Notification Channels
  2. Click SMS Provider
  3. Click wither Twilio tab or Vonage tab.
  4. Enter inputs correctly.

Note the said issue.
