Configuring SAML 2.0 Web SSO Doc Contains Incorrect Configuration

Description

The SAMLSSOAssertionConsumerUrl configuration in the documentation [1], [2], [3], and [4] is incorrect. There has been a fix for the v5.11.0 documentation as per [5], but this has not been applied to the documentation of other WSO2 IS versions at that time.

This should be fixed.

Changes Applied:
Added the missing [authentication.authenticator.saml.parameters] section to align with the correct configuration format already applied to version 5.11.0 in PR #2947.

This fix ensures that the SAMLSSOAssertionConsumerUrl parameter is correctly placed under the [authentication.authenticator.saml.parameters] section instead of directly under [authentication.authenticator.saml].
