Update Pax Logging to 2.3.x for SLF4J 2 support in OSGi environment

Current Limitation

More and more third party libraries have transient dependency on SLF4j 2.x. Due to the Equinox platform and log binding limitations it is not possible to use multiple OSGi third party libraries with both SLF4j 1.x and SLF4j 2.x dependencies.

Suggested Improvement

Newest Pax Logging library exports SLF4j 2.x with addition to several SLF4j 1.x versions and then it should be possible to have a Log4j 2 binding and aggregate logs from both SLF4j major versions.
