[Bug] Unable to Open Projects from Devant Using the Ballerina VS Code Extension #1131

Bug Description
When attempting to open a project from Devant at the organization level using VS Code, the Ballerina extension displays an “Invalid component URL parameters” error.
It was observed that Devant uses a URL similar to the following to open the project in VS Code:
vscode://WSO2.ballerina/open?project=test-ai-agent&org=ruorg
However, this functionality works as expected in Choreo when using the Choreo VS Code extension with a similar URL.
