Description
Current Limitation
Currently we have the following UI for viewing logs for the chat agent in WSO2 Integrator: BI.
Issues Observed:

Input and output are not easily discoverable: Agent input and output are buried within attributes so users need to manually search through fields to identify them.

Poor readability of long JSON values: Long JSON attribute values are displayed as single-line strings, making them hard to read and inspect. No formatting or expand/collapse support is available.

No navigation back to chat: There is no back button or clear navigation option to return to the chat window after viewing logs.

Misleading action label: The
Show Full Traceoption also includes HTTP calls, which is not obvious from the label. A more descriptive label such asShow Advanced Tracesmay better reflect the content.
