Description

When a user chooses an artifact to create from the Add Artifact page, he is directed to the respective create form. There is a back button and a home button in these create forms[1]. The expected behaviour of a back button is to redirect a user to the previous page he came from - in this case, the Add Artifact page. But in this scenario, both the back and home buttons redirect to the home page. The back buttons in all creation forms should be corrected to redirect the user to the Add Artifact page.
