Fix line numbers

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any report with accessibility errors (probably the same issue occurs in other kind od tests aswell)
2. Check line number of any issue
3. Try to find this line number in page source code (You will not find proper snippet in that line)

Appendix

I noticed that AET starts calculating line nunbers from section. We always have something above head section and thats the difference.
