Chart gestures conflicts with ScrollView

Describe the bug
Putting an echart in a scrollview conflicts with scroll gesture, making scrolling impossible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create 3 charts, enable tooltip and pan gestures
2. Make sure the chart height is long enough so that it's scrollable.
3. Scroll down, make sure to target the chart with your finger

Expected behavior
Unable to scroll down, unless you target outside of the chart.

@zhiqingchen Yeah, I tried it, I was able to fix the scrollview gesture conflict, but now the datazoom component suffers with unreliable pan/drag gestures. My understanding is echarts handles the datazoom gesture internally not by rngh?

Yes, rngh simply handles gestures and provides the zoom results to echarts, which then processes the chart based on the zoom level.
