Has Kap development been abandoned?

It's actually a question, not a bug. Asking due to:

• Lack of updates
• Outstanding bugs not solved (Slowness, macOS Stage Manager, etc.)
• Pending PRs for a long time

I want to support development with donations if possible and to know the developer's plans regarding Kap's future.

Evaluating switching to Screen Studio if this is going to stay the same for much longer.

@timothyis there are some important contributions, in special #1208, which addresses the slow startup of the application today (takes 10 seconds here on a mac m3). Any chance we get this one reviewed?

Honestly Kap is amazing and its only big downside today is that slow startup.

I also think Kap is affected by electron/electron#48376 and could use a bump in Electron dependencies.
